Your Role as a Trader
As a Trader, you will be fully responsible for your product group. You closely monitor market developments, spot commercial opportunities early, and know how to turn them into successful deals. You are in charge, moving fast, solving complex challenges, and closing deals with confidence.
Your Responsibilities

Analyze markets & identify opportunities – You closely monitor market trends and evolving customer needs, translating them into concrete commercial opportunities and initiating targeted actions to drive new business.

Building, expanding & strengthen relationships – You have a talent for attracting new clients and partners, while developing long-term collaborations by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, suppliers, and intermediaries.

Strategically developing, growing & managing your portfolio – You take full ownership of your product group with a focus on growth and profitability – from proposition development to sharp market positioning and expansion.

Closing deals & achieving targets – You combine strategic thinking with commercial execution: from cold acquisition to negotiation and aftersales, your mindset is focused on winning.

Full ownership of the sales cycle – You oversee the complete end-to-end sales process, maintaining full accountability from initial engagement to final handover, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working

Strong commercial instinct and analytical skills

Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset

Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English; other languages such as French, Spanish and/or Italian are a plus

Experience with Microsoft Office

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Amstelveen. We are constantly developing in different industries and markets which makes every day different at CPH.
Position Overview
The Finance Intern at CPH will support our finance operations, ensuring efficient flow of information. This role involves assisting with daily and monthly finance tasks, coordinating with traders, maintaining records, and analyzing data. Ideal for a proactive individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the finance team in daily operations, including inventory management, bank records, and invoice handling.

Assist in reviewing credit limits.

Prepare and review reports to financial institutions.

Budget-actual comparisons for trading activities.

Analyse trading data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
